Ordinary General Assembly – Mediterranean Bowling Confederation

Dear Presidents and Delegates of Member Federations,

In accordance with the Statutes of the Mediterranean Bowling Confederation (MBC), notice is hereby given for the convening of the Ordinary General Assembly (OGA) of the MBC.

Date: April 27, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM

Venue: WEST BOWLING CENTER, Zaprešićka 2, 10290 Zaprešić, Croatia

Agenda:

1. Approval of progress reports of the previous year

2. Adoption of the activity plan

3. Approval of budgets and accounts

4. Election of Secretary-General, and Executive Committee member

5. Consideration of matters referred by member federations or the Executive Committee

Each member federation in good standing is entitled to participate with up to three delegates, of whom only one has voting rights. Proxy voting is not permitted. A quorum of half of the affiliated federations is required for elections and statute modifications, with decisions taken by simple majority unless otherwise specified in the statutes.

In accordance with MBC statutes, please confirm your attendance and submit the names of your delegate(s), any documentation or proposals for the OGA, and nominations for election positions by 27 March 2026,
