EBF TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE Tasks

EBF’s Tournament Committee has three major tasks:

• EBF’s Championships

• International tournaments in Europe

• The European Bowling Tour

EBF’s Championships

The Tournament Committee will occasionally prepare rule changes for championships in Europe, founded in the EBF Constitution Chapter 4-7.

The Committee will prepare and maintain forms, guidelines and publications related to the conduction of championships in Europe.

International tournaments in Europe

International tournaments conducted in in one of EBF’s member federations must be approved by the chairman of the EBF Tournament Committee. When a tournament is approved, its regulations will be presented in the Tournament Calendar at this site.

The Tournament Committee will occasionally prepare rule changes for international tournaments in Europe, founded in the EBF Constitution Chapter 8.

The Tournament Committee will prepare and maintain forms, guidelines and publications related to the conduction of international tournaments in Europe.

The European Bowling Tour

EBF’s Tournament Committee is the leading committee of the European Bowling Tour and its Chairman is the Director of the European Bowling Tour.

The Tournament Committee will from time to time be represented at the sites of tour stops.

The Tournament Committee will prepare and maintain forms, guidelines and publications related to the European Bowling Tour.

The Tournament Committee will occasionally prepare rule changes for the European Bowling Tour, founded in a set of EBT Rules for each calendar year.
